Burnside Road Shoulder Work Update

Burnside Road, from M-24 easterly to Fish Lake Road, will be under construction to continue with placement of Shoulder Aggregate (gravel) on Tuesday and Wednesday (June 14 – 15, 2022) this week.  Roadway paving operations are completed.  Once shoulder aggregate is placed, then grass restoration, pavement markings and signs will be completed, actual dates to be determined.  Please continue to seek alternate routes, or follow the posted detour for the safety of the construction crews working on these final tasks for project completion.  Continue to watch the Lapeer CRC Facebook page for schedule updates as they occur.
