Mechanic

This position will perform diagnosis and mechanical work necessary for repair and maintenance of fleet equipment, including, but not limited to, cars, pickups, light and heavy trucks, construction equipment, and select building maintenance.  Considerable knowledge is required of gas/diesel engines, transmissions, hydraulics, air brake systems and valves.  Three (3) years of experience as heavy truck and equipment mechanic required.  Mechanic Certificate with Master Heavy Duty Truck Certification and / or CDL Class A is desired.

This is a union position with a starting pay of up to $26.33 per hour with additional compensation for verified ASE certifications. Comprehensive benefit package is included consisting of medical/dental/vision insurance, paid holidays, vacations, and retirement plan.
