Bids
Lapeer County Road Commission (CRC) utilizes an online bidding site to host our bids. Bids for materials, services, equipment, annual bids, etc. will be hosted on Bid Express. Vendors can view the Lapeer CRC on Bid Express using the link below.
In order to download attached documents, in regards to the bids, you must register with Bid Express. There is no cost to register or add your name to the basic plan holders list. However, if you wish to submit a bid there is a small fee. Vendors have the option to “pay as you go”, or they can pay a monthly subscription. With the monthly subscription vendors can choose to follow LCRC and receive notifications each time we advertise, amend, or withdraw a solicitation.

2026 Seasonal Lawn Maintenance Bids
The Lapeer County Road Commission (CRC) is accepting bids for the 2026 Seasonal Lawn Maintenance at its Lapeer Service Station, located at 820 Davis Lake Road, Lapeer, Michigan. Proposals are being asked for mowing and weed trimming. Proof of general liability and workers compensation insurance are required.

2026 Gravel Pits Soil Borings
The Lapeer County Road Commission (CRC) is accepting Qualification Statements & Quote Proposals for the 2026 Gravel Pits Soil Borings to determine the presence, gradation and depth of potential aggregate deposits. The three (3) Gravel Pit locations are within Burnside Township (2 ea) and Metamora Township (1 ea), Lapeer County. Proof of Insurance and Workers Compensation Insurance are required.
