Land Division Review Form

Review of the frontages created during a proposed Land Division is required per the Land Division Act (Act 591 of 1996, Effective March 31, 1997).  This review will assess the parcel frontages for future driveway approach locations.  THIS IS NOT A DRIVEWAY APPROACH APPLICATION.  To construct an approach, refer to the “Residential Driveway Approach” section.
