2022 Thornville Road (2) Bridges (North of Dryden Road)

Two  (2) Thornville Road Bridges over South Branch of the Flint River (Structures #5416 & #5417), located north of Dryden Road, will be closed starting April 8, 2022 until approximately end of June.  Actual Construction Schedule to be determined.  Only one (1) bridge will be closed at any given time for local traffic access.  Work includes, but is not limited to, removal of existing asphalt surface, repair of the bridge superstructure, placement of new asphalt deck and approaches, and new guardrail.  Project is being funded through the State of Michigan’s Critical Bridge Program.  Watch for schedule updates on our Lapeer CRC Facebook page and the website.
